Hi, I'm Sophia! I've been swimming competitively since I was 8 and am now finishing up my final year of NCAA eligibility. I teach private lessons to swimmers of all ages and comfort levels. My approach is patient, encouraging, and focused on building real confidence in the water, not just checking off skills. Lessons are held at the Hood College pool in Frederick, MD.
